V. Victor Soukamneuth, P.E.lives in Miami, FL. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, and many other Eastern States. Mr. Soukamneuth graduated with his B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 1994, and obtained his M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA in 1997. He brings 28 years of structural design experience, along with practical design and analysis experience of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and marine type structures including hurricane barriers, foundations for dynamic equipment,and various other types of structures and facilities.

Mr. Soukamneuth’s forensic experience includes the determination of construction defects, foundation movement, structural failures, wind damage, impact damage, water intrusion, plumbing failures, soil heave and settlement, post-fire structural issues, concrete silo explosions, and vibration effects resulting from construction and earthquakes. These cases have seen him testify in court multiple times as a designated expert witness. Along with his design and forensic experience, Mr. Soukamneuth’s testimonial credibility is buttressed by the fact that he is a HAAG Certified as a Wind Inspector and Inspector for Commercial Roofs V2.
