John Quattrochi
John Quattrochi P.E.


John Quattrochi is a licensed professional engineer in St. Augustine Florida, holding professional licenses in several other states including California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Virginia, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. He has extensive civil design and construction experience, including working as the Land Development Manager for Del Webb / Pulte Home Builders, where he was responsible for the construction of the award-winning bridge across State Road U.S. #278. He obtained a contractor’s license leading a team in the installation of water and sanitary sewer services for the residential development of 8000 units.

Mr. Quattrochi has acquired top-level clearance for Naval projects in St. Mary’s, Georgia, the Kings Bay Naval Facility, and Naval Littoral Facility in Pensacola, Florida. He has worked on numerous design and construction projects nationwide while associated with Haskell Company. As a Senior Project Manager for Jacobs, he was responsible for the structural design and fast- track construction of eleven secondary roadway bridges in New Orleans, LA after Hurricane Katrina

Mr. Quattrochi brings all of this experience to claims investigation and inspections for Omega Forensic Engineering. His inspection experience includes damage to residential homes and commercial buildings for weather-related events, erosion of land, foundation cracks, settlements, as well as assessments of construction work performed, original design, material specifications, warranty claims, and other damage causes.
